What we collect
We collect account details, site and company details, uploaded documents, photos, notes, voice-fill inputs, generated drafts, review actions and audit events needed to run the document workspace.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, fill and finish documents, apply site rules, support human review, export audit proof and improve reliability and security.
Site data and models
Enterprise deployments may keep private site data in the customer's own environment. Where on-prem models are used, site documents can remain inside that environment.
Access controls
Access is controlled by role. Workers, supervisors and site admins see different areas based on the role hierarchy configured for the site.
Retention and audit proof
Uploads, drafts, reviews and exports are recorded in Audit Trail so site admins can produce compliance proof. Retention settings may differ by plan or enterprise agreement.
